My name is John. I’m 38yrs old and I live in Farmington, Connecticut. I am very athletic and I love hiking, skiing and mountain biking. I’m originally from Washington state but decided to move to Connecticut to start a new career in media communications. I’m really enjoying it!
Basically I’ve devoted this little blog to share my experiences on how to cure anxiety and how I did it.
